Does This Sound Familiar?

Most of the families I work with are living some version of this:

  • Your teen is incredibly smart — but homework somehow turns into a nightly battle.

  • They seem perfectly fine at school… then completely fall apart once they get home.

  • You feel like you're walking on eggshells in your own house.

  • Every conversation somehow becomes an argument.

  • Your teen says "I'm fine," but you know they aren't.

  • You've read the books, downloaded the apps, and still feel stuck.

If you're nodding your head, you're not alone — and things can get better.

Imagine six months from now

Real change usually looks quieter than people expect — and it shows up in the small, everyday moments.

Your teen

✓Feels more confident in who they are

✓Understands anxiety instead of fearing it

✓Manages ADHD with more independence

✓Has healthier friendships

✓Actually enjoys being at home again

You

✓Stop walking on eggshells

✓Know how to respond in difficult moments

✓Feel connected instead of exhausted

✓Enjoy family time again

✓Trust that things are actually moving forward

Small changes each week create meaningful change over time.

How I help

Helping the whole family move forward

Real change happens when your teen has their own support — and you have practical tools that work at home.

Teen Therapy

Calmer mind. Steadier days.

Helping your teen develop confidence, emotional regulation, resilience, and practical ADHD skills they can actually use in school, friendships, and family life.

Parent Coaching

Fewer fights. More connection.

Helping you understand what's underneath the behavior — and giving you practical tools that actually work in the hard moments at home.

What working together looks like

A simple, low-pressure path from your first message to real progress at home.

1) Free consultation

We'll talk about what's been happening, answer your questions, and figure out together whether we're a good fit.

2) Personalized plan

Every teen and every family is different. We'll build a plan around your family's goals — not a generic protocol.

3) Real progress

Small consistent changes lead to calmer homes, stronger relationships, and more confident consultation.

About Julio

Hi, I'm Julio.

A smiling man with glasses, wearing a blue blazer and light blue shirt, sitting at a desk near a window in an office space with a plant in the background and a stack of magazines or books on the desk.

I've spent years helping teens who look perfectly fine on the outside while quietly struggling with anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, or big emotions they don't know what to do with.

I've also worked with parents who are doing everything they can — and still wonder if they're helping in the right way.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping the whole family — not just the teen sitting in the session. You'll always understand what we're working toward and why. Sessions are available virtually in English and Spanish for teens and families anywhere in Texas.

What parents often tell me

Common themes I hear from the families I work with.

“Our evenings finally feel peaceful again.”

“I don't feel alone in this anymore.”

“We argue less and connect more.”

“Mornings don't start with a fight now.”

These reflect common themes shared by families while protecting every client's confidentiality. They are not individual testimonials.
